TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All FRONTROW, distributers /customers agree to the following terms and conditions of distributorship:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age

Applicant to be known as Business Associates (Independent Distributor/customers ) after registration in the FRONTROW

An Applicant/customer becomes an approved Business Associate on the date the application is received and accepted by FRONTROW
Frontrow reserves the right to accept or reject any application for and/or any Agreement form without having to assign any reason for its acceptance or rejection.

The Business Associates is responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in the conduct of their Distributorship

The Business Associates must submit all his/ her details as per the application form. This includes full and correct details about the applicants legal name, address and contact details. This is required to prevent fraud and help authenticate customer's details.

An applicant is prohibited from submitting any false or inaccurate information to Frontrow . Any account, applicant with false, misleading, incomplete or inaccurate information, will be suspended or terminated and may have the benefits, bonuses or funds attributed to this account, applicant seized at any time without notice.

Customers will be given notice and will be bound by any amendments to policies and procedures, customer's rights or responsibilities, upon notification through any of Frontrow, official channels of communication. Those channels of communication include, but are not limited to, posting of information to the Frontrow, website or emails to Independent Customers.

It is the responsibility of each Business Associates to inform Frontrow of any changes to account details, such as email address, postal address, and phone number.

Users of Frontrow products, services and website are advised to use their own due diligence when it comes to making business decisions. Frontrow advises its customer's to have its information, products and services independently assessed by qualified professional advisors before customers reach any business decisions or rely on Frontrow products and services for any specific outcomes.

Customer has to agree to release and discharge Frontrow and its successors, assigns, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, monetary compensation, claim and/or demand arising out of or in connection with the creation and the use of any photograph, video, audio, or endorsement, including any claim for defamation.

We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions and rates of the program at any time and at our sole discretion without notice, especially in order to respect the integrity and security of the customer's interests. Customer has to agree that his sole responsibility to review the current terms.

Frontrow has a zero tolerance, anti-spamming policy. Customers may not use Frontrow products, services or customer information to engage in spamming activities. Spamming includes, but is not necessarily limited to:
a. Sending unsolicited email messages that contain any email or web addresses from your account to online users posting messages that contain your service address in news groups that are unrelated to your products or services
b. Creating false sources in an email message, or newsgroup posting with your service address, thereby giving the impression that the message originated from Frontrow or its network of independent distributors.
c. Sending unsolicited emails to lists of people with whom you have no prior or current business or personal relationship. All Frontrow related email broadcasts must only be sent to your customer group. Emails must not contain any false representations, point claims, or testimonials. All content must be pre-approved and sourced from the Frontrow corporate literature available on the Frontrow website.
d. All cards, letterheads, signs, advertising materials, verbal conversations, other products and/or activities used by customers to promote Frontrow ,must make it clear that the customer is an Independent Customer of Frontrow . They may not imply or state that the customer is an agent, authorized representative, employee, joint venture or franchisee of Frontrow.

If a customer advertises via newspaper or other advertising venues, the following rules apply:-

a. No advertisement may imply that a job or position is available. No specific point can be promised.
b. Advertisements may not contain references to Frontrow, or its products.

All the payments for Purchasing of product of the company as new independent distributor shall be made by Demand Draft or cheque in favour of "Frontrow" payable at Ernakulum/Bangaluru only and the cash payment shall deposit any of our bank mentioned in the website. 

Sponsoring a New Member

All Customers have the option of introducing other customers. When an existing Customer introduces a new Customer they assume the role of a Sponsor, and have the responsibility to assist, train, develop and monitor the new customer they introduce. A Sponsor must not deliberately exaggerate the benefits or potential earnings from s Frontrow customer for the purposes of attracting or persuading new customers. A Sponsor is obliged to fairly and fully explain the terms and conditions of customer and Frontrow. Policies and Procedures to all prospective Customers, making sure to stress that the degree of success is variable, and related to individual effort and ability.

Payments.

Frontrow reserves the right to suspend the services if the payments are not made by the due date. Frontrow shall not be held liable for any kind of loss due to disruption of services. All the disputes subject the Banglore Jurisdiction.
